Brief introduction of five major faults of high pressure reactor and treatment scheme

1. Sudden power failure of the high-pressure reactor: immediately turn off the instrument and electric heating power supply, gradually reduce the tail hydrogen flow, and keep the pressure waiting;

2. Sudden water cut-off of the high-pressure reactor: except for the cooling water required for the mechanical seal of the high-pressure reactor, the small and medium-sized units do not have a water cooling system, so the small and medium-sized units can still operate normally, and the high-pressure reactor can be shut down as appropriate;

3. If leakage is found, the pressure shall be reduced first, and then the nuts and joints shall be properly tightened. It is strictly prohibited to tighten the nuts and joints under high pressure.

4. If the operation conditions are difficult to control and the reaction temperature rises sharply, it is necessary to stop feeding and heating immediately;

5. When the high-pressure reactor is on fire or nearby, it can be wrapped with asbestos cloth and glass cloth for fire extinguishing, and the dry powder extinguisher for fire extinguishing. The high-pressure hydrogen cylinder shall be removed immediately and the pressure of the device shall be reduced.
