The self-developed DCS system controls the salt forming and polymerization process, and is equipped with a product filtration and separation system and a moisture containing product drying system. It can also cool and collect materials and cut and shape the granulator.

The DCS control system controls the 6 kettles of the project as a whole, and each kettles can be displayed and controlled through both DCS system and independent touch-screen controller.

The touch screen interface can set the temperature and mixing speed required for the experiment, detect and display the actual temperature, pressure and speed, and control the startup and shutdown of the mixer, advection pump and chiller.
·Main screen switching
Click the button in the upper left corner of the screen to switch the control system interfaces of different devices.
·Temperature setting
Click the screen to set the temperature in the kettle and display the actual temperature in the kettle.
·Mixing setting
Click on the screen to set the mixing speed, display the actual speed, and control the opening or closing of the mixer.
·Pressure display
The screen displays the actual detection pressure in the reactor, and the pressure in other parts can be observed through the pressure gauge.
·Setting of advection pump
The speed can be set and the actual speed can be displayed. The flow of the advection pump can be adjusted by the knob of the pump body to control the opening and closing of the advection pump.
·Chiller setting
Click the screen to set the temperature of the chiller to control the startup and shutdown of the chiller.
·Parameter setting
It can set temperature, pressure alarm value and reaction kettle furnace temperature heating power.
·Temperature alarm setting
The alarm temperature value required by the corresponding reaction kettle can be set through parameter setting. When the set alarm temperature is reached, the heating power supply will be actively cut off.
·Pressure alarm setting
The alarm pressure value required by the corresponding reactor can be set. When the reactor reaches the set alarm pressure, it will actively cut off the heating power supply.
·Heating power setting
The interface setting value is the maximum output power of the heating furnace in the reaction process. During the reaction, the heating power will be automatically adjusted according to the real-time reaction temperature.
·Trend chart interface
This interface can display the change curves of the reactor temperature, furnace temperature, heat tracing temperature, pressure in the reactor, rotating speed, etc. during the reaction process, and can display the specific value of the curve of the coordinate time. You can choose to observe the curve value in the impassable time period.
·Alarm information interface
This interface displays and records the alarm data in real time, and can view the data of the system alarm to facilitate the query of alarm causes and troubleshooting.
·Report browsing interface
This interface can display and view the experimental data of different time periods. If you need to export, set the time by the start time and end time. After the experiment is completed, click "USB export" to save the Excel data table of this time period into the U disk.
