The LF-20N pilot reactor adopts a fixed head, body, and heating furnace, and can be equipped with automatic or manual lifting. The controller or frame is made of stainless steel or aviation aluminum alloy. This device can meet higher temperature and pressure requirements, can be equipped with a higher torque mixer, and has expansion functions.

Accuracy: PID program temperature control, adjustable heating power, effectively preventing temperature surge; Linkage temperature control of the kettle wall inside the kettle effectively avoids temperature gradients inside the kettle; Cooling water coil and solenoid valve, designed for exothermic reactions and rapidly cooling down after the reaction; Industrial grade high-precision intelligent controller ensures accurate and stable data.
Safety: The kettle head and body are all integrally formed, with no welding of any components; The explosion-proof film is made of corrosion-resistant alloy and automatically releases overpressure; Safety release valve, adjustable release pressure; Linkage temperature control of the kettle wall inside the kettle to prevent risks caused by abnormal mixing; Double sound and light alarm for overheating and overpressure, and timely cut off heating.
