Product Introduction:

The fully automatic gas distribution device is a high-precision fully automatic gas distribution device developed for gas appliance manufacturers and gas companies in accordance with relevant national gas appliance standards. This device uses three single component raw materials gases, namely hydrogen, propane (methane, liquefied petroleum gas), and nitrogen, to prepare various artificial gas and natural gas test gases that meet national standards. At the same time, low-pressure gas distribution, continuous gas distribution, and single gas distribution methods are used to prepare three component test gases, which can meet the testing requirements of gas appliances using artificial gas and natural gas and obtain multiple sets of experimental data.

Standard gases with configurable content ranging from 10-8 to 10-2;

It can simultaneously prepare mixed standard gases of 6 components, as well as single component standard gases;

The conventional dilution ratio is 1000:1; Traffic repeatability: ≤ 0.5%; Linear error of flow rate ≤ ± 0.3%;

Gas distribution uncertainty ≤ 1%; The valve accuracy is ± 1%;

Adopting a dual control mode of computer platform and color touch screen;

The device has the functions of filling gas cylinders and cleaning gas cylinders, with a maximum filling pressure of 15MPa, and is equipped with 4 8L standard gas cylinders;

The host and remote control parts can be operated separately from the gas distribution system and placed on a movable platform, with a compact structure that is easy to move. It can be used in conjunction with the catalyst evaluation device and provides the necessary fittings such as joints, reducers, valves, and multifunctional gas distribution/gas boosting systems for docking.

Airtightness testing of various valves, pump bodies, pressure vessels, pipe fittings, sensors and other transmission products;

Gas filling, supply and distribution, launch system, engine testing, aerial bomb inflation, comprehensive gas supply control series, etc;

Real time display of output pressure and flow rate, with multiple external interfaces to choose from.
