1. Tubular reactor

·The inner wall of the pipe is equipped with a quartz glass sleeve.

·Built in thermowells and thermocouples to detect the temperature in the reactor tube in real time.

·The reaction tube adopts gasket seal structure, which is easy to disassemble and clean.

2. Split heating furnace

·The heating furnace is a three-stage temperature control, and the outer wall plug-in thermocouple is used to detect the temperature of the kettle wall in real time.

·The wall temperature is associated with the furnace and can be switched between automatic and manual.

·Split design, safety buckle fastening, convenient for switching.

3. Safety valve

The safety pressure can be set. If it exceeds this pressure, it will be automatically discharged.

4. Pressure gauge, pressure sensor

Real time detection shows preheating and reaction pipeline pressure.

5. Thermal insulation tracing band

The temperature can be set, and the temperature of the control pipeline can be detected in real time.

6. Control system
