Alarm system: when the temperature or pressure exceeds the set value, the alarm will be triggered, and the relevant alarm points will display in red and flash after the alarm. The controller has a built-in AC contactor to control the heating power switch, and the heating will automatically stop at the same time of alarm. After finding the cause of the fault, it can be restored manually (it can also be set to automatically restore the heating).
Modular heating design: reactors with different volumes can share the control chassis, and reactors with the same outer diameter can share the heater, thus saving a lot of money.
