Product Introduction:

The multifunctional high-pressure microwave reactor has microwave heating and digestion functions, suitable for experimental research such as microwave synthesis, microwave crystallization, microwave catalysis, microwave polymerization, microwave foaming, and microwave high-pressure reactions. Equipped with automatic overpressure relief/exhaust function to ensure safe operation of the device. The kettle is equipped with a bracket, and the digestion tank is placed on the bracket and rotates with the bracket. 4-12 samples can be selected for simultaneous digestion, and the digestion capacity can be freely selected. The device is equipped with a PLC program and a gas regulation module. It can execute gas input/discharge at pre-set time points and adjust the initial gas filling amount according to the user's required pressure value.

Main interface functions:

Temperature setting inside the kettle, temperature display inside the kettle, heating status display, heating power display, stirring speed setting, stirring speed display, stirring switch, stirring status display, date and time display, kettle pressure display, etc.

Temperature alarm setting:

Set the required alarm value, and when the reactor reaches the set alarm temperature, the heating power will be automatically cut off.

Pressure alarm setting:

Set the required alarm value, and when the reactor reaches the set alarm pressure, the heating power will be automatically cut off.

Power setting:

The heating power will be adjusted according to the real-time reaction temperature. If you need to increase or decrease the heating rate, you can adjust it through this interface.

Data collection:

This interface can display the curve changes of temperature, pressure, furnace temperature (microwave heating temperature), stirring speed, etc. during the reaction process. If you need to export data, click "Data Export" after the experiment is completed, and all data will be stored in the USB drive. Click "Remove USB Drive" to complete the export.

Program settings:

The multifunctional high-pressure microwave chemistry workstation is equipped with multi-stage programmed heating, which can be set according to our heating needs. The setting interface is located on the right side of the screen; If you do not need to use a multi-stage program for heating, you can click on "Control Mode" and select "Standard Heating" mode. When heating is required, please select "Heating Start" for the "Control Status".
