Working principle:

the sample enters from the inlet and falls through the funnel to prevent splashing back to the rotating blade. Due to the centrifugal acceleration, the sample moves epitaxial toward the blade. It has a high speed, the impact between the two produces the effect of cutting and crushing, and the secondary shear and friction between the blade and the ring sieve, the sample size is smaller than the aperture of the ring sieve, and finally into the ring-shaped collection plate. In this two-stage crushing method, the sample preparation process achieves a mild and rapid effect. The sample only stays in the crushing cavity for a very short time, and the characteristics of the sample itself will not change by the sample preparation process.
